Cassandra 'Runa' Lowery Thompson

Cassandra 'Runa' Lowery Thompson is the oldest daughter of Samuel (Buttney) and Betty Lowery, the granddaughter of Charlie (Coot) and Nettie Jackson Lowery, and the great-granddaughter of Rufus and Cecelia Lowery. Runa is the widow of SFC Willie Thompson (Ret). To this union two children were born, Nicole (Antonio) Jeter and Willie "TJ" (Moneta) Thompson. Runa has one beautiful granddaughter and three handsome grandsons. Runa earned her BA at Morris College. Runa currently lives in Sumter, SC. Runa has served as a South Carolina state representative for multiple family reunions.
